宏達電被判侵權蘋果專利

根據彭博社，美國國際貿易委員會（U.S. International TradeCommission, ITC）裁定宏達電HTC侵犯了蘋果的兩項專利。
蘋果去年聲稱宏達電侵犯蘋果的20項專利，但只有2項成立，卻已足以讓HTC手機禁止輸入美國。
判案還未正式裁決審核。
蘋果上星期亦提新案，第二波總共16項目，控告宏達電侵權。
此案例倒是去年所提。

宏達電侵權的案例是下列兩項：
1. U.S. Patent No. 5,946,647 on a "system and method causes a computer to detect and perform actions on structures identified in computer data."
2. U.S. Patent No. 6,343,263 on a "data transmission system having a real-time data engine for processing isochronous streams of data includes an interface device that provides a physical and logical connection of a computer to any one or more of a variety of different types of data networks."


此案對宏達電是一大打擊。也是Android系統手機將來的大問題。因為不只是蘋果，Nokia、微軟、甲骨文、等侵權官司將依依來臨！
